Project Description

I joined the Lamond Lab in March 2015 as a Post-Doctoral Researcher.

The cell cycle is controlled by the activity of crucial proteins, whose function can be modulated by changes in their abundance, localization, post-translational modifications and interacting partners. Of all these different layers of regulation, we still have minimal understanding about which protein complexes are formed at a system-wide level and how they change throughout the cell cycle.

My goal is to uncover the identity of specific protein complexes and protein-protein interactions during cell cycle progression and oncogenic transformation, by using size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS).
